If you are sick in any way, do not come to class. Please let us know by 6pm on the day before your class via email and CC your instructor, your scene partner, and the Studio Admin email (admin@mapactors.com). Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we can offer you a make-up class.

Likewise, if you are on set and are unable to participate in a session, please let us know with as much notice as possible so we can honour a make-up class at a later date. We do not offer refunds for fees and payments for any of the services that we offer at MAP.

Make-ups are only valid for a period of 6 weeks after the date of the missed class. Make-up classes may ONLY BE USED for Ongoing classes on other day/time slots that have spaces available due to absences. They may not be used as credits or discounts on any other products, services, or classes that we offer at the studio.

The entire make-up class list is cleared on December 31st, and does not transfer over to the following year.
